Scholarship Department:

Students eligible for scholarships under any of the schemes provided by the Government of Madhya Pradesh can avail of the scholarship by submitting the prescribed application form—complete with all required documents and details—before the designated deadline. The necessary documents include the Samagra ID, Family ID, caste certificate, income certificate, domicile certificate, a certified copy of the bank passbook, and the marksheet of the last examination passed. Notifications regarding this process are issued by the school from time to time. (Scholarship applications will not be accepted if they are incomplete or lack the required certificates.)

Note: To receive the scholarship, maintaining 75% attendance each month (excluding holidays) is mandatory; otherwise, the scholarship cannot be availed.

छात्रवृत्ति विभाग :

म.प्र. शासन द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रत्येक एवं समस्त योजनाओं के अन्तर्गत दी जाने वाली छात्रवृत्ति की पात्रता रखने वाले विद्यार्थी को अपना समग्र आई.डी. एवं परिवार आई.डी. तथा विद्यार्थी का जाति प्रमाण-पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, मूल निवासी प्रमाण-पत्र, बैंक खाते की पास-बुक की सत्य प्रतिलिपी एवं अंतिम परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की अंक सूची सहित निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र, पूर्ण दस्तावेज एवं प्रविष्टि सहित निर्धारित तिथी के पूर्व जमा कर छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त की जा सकती है इसकी सूचना समय-समय पर विद्यालय में प्रदान की जाती है। (अपूर्ण एवं निर्धारित प्रमाण पत्र के अभाव में छात्रवृत्ति आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा)

नोट : छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्ति के लिए प्रत्येक माह में 75% उपस्थिति अवकाश के दिनों को छोड़कर प्रत्येक माह में अनिवार्य है अन्यथा छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त नहीं हो सकेगी।
