1. Students must always carry their student handbook and photo identity card. It is mandatory to wear the photo identity card around the neck while commuting to and from school.
2. Students must arrive at school within the designated time slots: Morning shift students between 7:00 AM and 7:10 AM; Nursery students between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM; and students from KG-1 to Class 7 between 11:45 AM and 12:10 PM. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter the school.
3. Students are required to attend school in the prescribed uniform and with the necessary textbooks.
4. Male students must not keep long hair or nails. Wearing earrings, studs, rings, or any type of wristband/bracelet (except for Sikh students) is prohibited.
5. Female students must not wear long nails, nail polish, fancy bindis, bangles, rings, expensive jewelry, or colorful hairpins. Only black hairbands and clips, along with small ear studs, are permitted with the uniform.
6. Students must complete and submit assigned homework on time; late submissions will not be accepted. Work must be neat and of good quality; collaborative work is not acceptable.
7. If a student fails to complete their work despite warnings, they will be required to stay back after school hours to finish it.
8. Students are prohibited from bringing mobile phones to school. If a mobile phone is brought, it will be confiscated for 7 days and returned only to the student's father.
9. Political activities, ticket sales, collection of money for any cause, or organizing picnics during school hours are not permitted. 10. The Disciplinary Committee’s decision to expel a student shall be final in cases involving vandalism, fighting, creating a disturbance, damaging furniture/walls/blackboards, writing names or profanity on school property, leaving school without permission, bringing weapons, indiscipline, political activity, religious disputes, cheating in exams, altering test or exam marks, forging a parent's signature, or misbehaving with teachers or fellow students.
11. Students must not remain absent without prior notice. Absence for 15 consecutive days without notification will result in the student's name being struck off the rolls; the student and their parents will be held solely responsible for this.
12. Participation in monthly tests, as well as quarterly, half-yearly, and annual examinations, is mandatory.
13. Students must strictly adhere to instructions issued from time to time by the Principal and the teaching staff.
14. A minimum monthly attendance of 75% is mandatory to appear for examinations and to be eligible for scholarships; failure to meet this requirement will disqualify the student from appearing in the examination as a regular candidate.
15. Applications for leave must be signed by a parent (father or mother); leave will not be granted otherwise.
16. Students visiting the school for any purpose must wear the complete school uniform; entry will be denied otherwise.
17. Students must immediately inform the Disciplinary Committee and the Peace Committee of any dispute so that it can be resolved promptly.
18. In the event of any school-related or personal issue, a written complaint (with or without the student's name) containing full details should be dropped into the complaint box; the Peace and Disciplinary Committee and the Principal will resolve the matter while maintaining the confidentiality of the complaint.
